She is always on-time and ready to work. She looks for ways to improve the way we are reaching out to customers and how we can convert them. She actively participates in our team meetings and is always on time with completing her assignments. In addition, she proactively tells me when when she has time and can take on more work which is fantastic! She completely manages the CRM which really takes a lot off of my plate. I tell her what I want to do and she just gets it done. I no longer need to know all the details. We have weekly sync up calls where we talk about what leads I might need to step in with or how things are going inside the CRM. I am always amazed at how many details she remembers about so many leads just right off the top of her head without looking anything up. It tells me that she really is spending the time to get to know our business. We are a small family-owned brokerage and Daniella could have felt like a third wheel, but instead she came in and embraced the atmosphere and just fit right in from the start. We love having her as part of our team!
